Act as the right hand of the Coordination of Transactional Products, supporting the execution of strategy and management of the portfolio of Boletos, Convênios, and TED. Lead strategic projects for growth and transformation of transactional products, focusing on scale and performance. Conduct in-depth analyses of customer journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities for conversion optimization.
Requirements
Experience in managing transactional products, preferably in financial services. Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and KPIs. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, UX, and Compliance.
