Lead structured analyses on post-sale journey performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Monitor and evolve key indicators of the portfolio, such as delinquency, recovery, collection efficiency, SLA, customer satisfaction, and operational conversions. Collaborate with technology to define requirements, prioritize backlog, and track deliveries.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product analysis or related fields. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Experience in financial services, particularly in credit or collections. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
