Map opportunities for improvement in critical processes and structure continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodologies and Lean/Six Sigma. Promote productivity gains through AI, generating measurable impacts on operational and customer experience indicators. Contribute to increasing operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening the culture of continuous improvement. Build a pipeline of improvements and identify and prioritize opportunities in the initial months. Lead improvement projects with measurable results in fintechs, banks, or highly regulated environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
