Director, Product Design

Define design strategy for designated product domains across Revenue, including how AI-driven features fit into the Pro experience. Collaborate with key cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Business Operations. Ensure strong design practices from concept through launch to deliver high-quality product experiences.

12+ years of experience successfully shipping digital products and features end-to-end. 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading teams of product designers. Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

The expected salary range for this role is $175K-210K + 10% bonus + Equity. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and includes benefits such as health care insurance, flexible time off, and tech reimbursement.
