Design and execute internal communications for various areas and audiences within the organization. Coordinate campaigns related to culture, engagement, benefits, and operational communication. Manage and update communication channels such as Slack, email, newsletters, and internal sites. Draft presentations, communications, scripts, and visual materials aligned with business needs.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in Internal Communication, Organizational Culture, Employer Branding, or related fields. Experience executing end-to-end internal communication campaigns and projects. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency. Strong writing and spelling skills, and familiarity with communication and collaboration tools.
