Monitor key indicators in the fraud prevention area, including fraud rate and chargebacks. Analyze and resolve complex fraud cases, coordinating with Legal and Compliance teams. Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to validate new products and optimize decision engine rules.
What We're Looking For
Experience in fraud prevention, operational risk, or investigations in fintech or e-commerce. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Google Sheets. Familiarity with fraud typologies such as account takeover and payment fraud.
