Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Printing Business Development Representative who can operate as both a relationship-focused account manager and a proactive new business developer. This individual will be responsible for reactivating dormant customer accounts, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with decision-makers, maintain consistent outreach activity, and uncover opportunities for commercial printing and direct mail solutions. Technical product expertise can be learned, but exceptional sales instincts, persistence, and relationship-building abilities are essential. Key Responsibilities: -Reactivate dormant customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up campaigns. -Build relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. -Prospect and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets. -Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs. -Present commercial printing and direct mail solutions to prospective customers. -Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and activity schedule. -Track opportunities, outreach efforts, and sales progress within company systems. -Participate in strategic account planning and business growth initiatives. -Follow established sales processes and outreach cadences under the guidance of sales leadership. -Generate qualified opportunities that contribute to long-term revenue growth. Qualifications: -3+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or related experience. -Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills. -Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. -Experience managing sales pipelines and customer relationships. -Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. -Strong organizational skills and follow-through. -Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach while also managing strategic conversations. -Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. Nice to have: -Commercial printing industry experience. -Direct mail, promotional products, marketing services, or related industry experience. -Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market organizations. -Experience working with US-based clients.
