Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven, highly autonomous Inside Sales Representative to take complete ownership of our open estimate pipeline. In this role, you will execute a high volume of outbound follow-ups to residential and commercial customers who have already received a quote. You will be responsible for handling customer objections regarding pricing, timing, or project scope, and systematically converting those open opportunities into scheduled plumbing and backflow jobs. The ideal candidate has a resilient "grinder" mentality, handles tight timelines with ease, and possesses exceptional closing skills. Key Responsibilities: - High-Volume Follow-Up: Execute a systematic daily volume of 50+ outbound touchpoints (phone calls, texts, and emails) to our warm open-estimate lists. -Objection Handling & Conversion: Ask targeted questions to uncover hidden customer concerns regarding price, urgency, or scope, confidently guiding them to book the job. -CRM Data Integrity: Meticulously update 100% of customer interactions, notes, and specific follow-up dates in the company CRM immediately following every call. -Revenue Growth: Directly drive the improvement of the company’s conversion metrics from open quote to sold job. -Pipeline Management: Maintain zero gaps in the estimate pipeline, ensuring older quotes are worked through methodically without delayed follow-ups. Qualifications: -Core Criteria (Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following): -Prior hands-on platform experience or familiarity with navigating and maintaining CRM data accuracy. Direct professional experience in an inside sales, outbound calling, or appointment setting role. Advanced, fluent spoken English with a near-native or neutral accent optimized for phone sales. Communication Mastery: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage priorities with a service-first mindset. Multitasking & Pace: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Nice-to-Haves: -Direct prior experience working within the residential plumbing, HVAC, or electrical home services industries.
