Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning general ledger accounting processes for the P&L of the Clinical Solutions organization across LATAM, ensuring accounting policies are documented, and overseeing Treasury and AP functions alongside GL accounting for multiple business units. Key duties include reviewing complex entries, managing balance sheet reconciliations, finalizing corporate budgets, providing spend analysis commentary, and training/mentoring staff.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an Accounting Designation preferred (CPA or local equivalent). Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, analytical skills, and the ability to partner with executive leadership are essential, along with strong Spanish language skills for local communication.
