This includes managing the contract lifecycle, supporting corporate governance for Mexican entities, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law and have over 3 years of legal experience in a law firm, fintech, technology company, or financial institution. Essential requirements include experience with data protection laws, corporate legal matters, strong communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort leveraging AI tools.
