Product Analyst Colombia

Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement on Customer Service. Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards that help Operations teams understand performance and make informed decisions. Partner closely with various teams to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Experience in Product, Business, Operations, or Data Analytics is a plus. Solid foundation in statistics and math. Python skills are required, and SQL skills are highly desirable. Clear communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
