Routing Intelligence Assoc Analyst

Support local sales teams in managing frontline schedules. Assist in planning and monitoring scheduling team activities. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Document processes, procedures, and operational improvements. Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), International Business, or a related area. Experience in customer service, process analysis, or similar roles is desired but not mandatory. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level. Knowledge of Power BI at an intermediate level. Advanced English: Able to hold fluent conversations, write reports, and work with technical documentation in English.
