Operate the LATAM Productivity & Value Realization Control Tower, integrating commitments, forecast, realized value, performance gaps, risks and value at stake into one executive view. Drive Value Realization across productivity and Supply Chain transformation, connecting S&T capabilities and investments to measurable financial outcomes. Ensure execution of E2E Supply Chain KPI governance across Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity and Cost, translating the North Star defined by the Centers of Excellence into consistent targets.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or Business; MBA/MSc desirable. 10+ years of experience across Supply Chain, Productivity, Finance or Transformation in a complex multi-market environment. Strong financial acumen in productivity economics, P&L, OPEX inflation, forecasting, business cases and benefit attribution.
