Core Responsibilities

Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes. Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms and AI-enabled tools. Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, process improvement, or automation. Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives. Strong experience with automation platforms and tools.
