Core Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations leadership to analyze and optimize quota processing with the Sales Compensation team. Direct the building and maintenance of global sales quota models for calculating quotas and commission rates. Deliver strategic analysis and insights to drive decision-making and implement scalable process improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations roles, with 2+ years in people management. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and executive reporting. Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Xactly, Tableau, and Pigment is preferred.
