VIP Account Manager (Brazil)

Provide exceptional service to VIP players while utilizing best practices in customer retention and recruitment. Develop and implement the VIP strategy, focusing on customer service and regulatory compliance. Manage and execute internal VIP promotional strategies and track the performance of the VIP program against agreed targets.

In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian sports landscape through experience in a similar role in the gambling industry. Excellent English and Brazilian Portuguese communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients in the Brazilian gambling market.
