Manage and direct a multidisciplinary team focused on training processes for employees in Cross Docking and Service Center operations. Lead training routines, multiple schedules, and general projects, aiming for a positive impact on business indicators. Act as a reference for stakeholders in training processes, ensuring fluid communication and strategic vision between operations, technology, and corporate governance.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, Process Management, or related fields. Experience in strategic and operational management, working in synergy with operations. Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is considered a differential.
