Manage the business unit for corporate clients with a target of R$10 MM to R$80 MM annually, ensuring all actions are directed towards seizing commercial opportunities. Drive team results through training and development, oversee compliance with established quality standards, and strategically support Corporate Managers. Foster new business and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is required, with CPA 20 or CEA being a plus. A complete bachelor's degree is necessary, and a postgraduate degree is preferred. Proficiency in Office Suite, knowledge of banking products, financial statements, and corporate finance is essential. Experience as a Relationship Manager for Legal Entities is required, with people management experience being a differentiator.
