Director of Capital Markets & Credit
CobreCore Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and structure credit lines and debt instruments to fund Cobre’s payment operations. Own and develop relationships with banks and capital providers across Latin America. Design and launch Cobre’s client credit offering, including eligibility criteria and credit scoring methodology. Monitor portfolio performance and develop reporting to track credit book growth and risk-adjusted returns.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or structured finance, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Track record of managing credit facilities or debt instruments, ideally in payments or fintech. Strong understanding of financial risk management and advanced financial modeling skills.
