Key Responsibilities: Build and deploy full web applications based on detailed PRDs provided by Sagan Develop backend logic, databases, and APIs to support product functionality Create clean, functional UIs that non-technical users can actually use Handle end-to-end delivery: from reading the brief to shipping a working product Manage your own schedule, workflow, and team (if applicable) to meet project timelines Communicate clearly and directly with the Sagan team on project status and delivery Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster and work smarter
Requirements
Qualifications: Proven experience building and shipping full web applications, not just automations or workflows Strong backend skills: server-side logic, databases, APIs Comfortable with frontend work: building interfaces real users will interact with Able to take a well-scoped PRD and deliver independently with minimal back and forth Active user of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent Entrepreneurial mindset: you run your own operation, whether solo or with a team Nice-to-Haves: Experience with automation or workflow platforms (n8n, Make, or similar) as a secondary skill Track record of shipping AI-powered products or tools independently Experience working with international clients or remote-first teams Active in builder or AI engineering communities
