
Real Estate Lead Generation & Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 50-75 outbound calls daily to property owners using Google Voice. Manage SMS outreach and follow-up conversations with prospective sellers. Build rapport and maintain professional conversations with homeowners. Qualify leads based on investment criteria and seller motivation. Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team. Accurately log activities, notes, and follow-ups inside the company CRM. Respond quickly to active and high-interest leads. Handle objections professionally while maintaining strong communication standards. Collaborate closely with leadership and acquisitions personnel regarding lead quality and pipeline updates. Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead generation. Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation and conversational confidence. Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations in a competitive outbound sales environment. Experience managing high daily call and messaging volumes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to stay focused, accountable, and self-managed during work hours. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking workflows. Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve workflow and communication effectiveness. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in real estate cold calling or acquisitions support. Experience working with investor-focused real estate companies. Familiarity with Google Voice, Notion, dialers, or SMS outreach platforms. Experience balancing relationship-based selling with outbound performance metrics. Strong emotional resilience and “thick skin” for cold outreach environments.
