Sub-Director Gestion Comercial Hipotecario

Coordinate the continuous improvement of commercial and operational processes for mortgage credit. Drive simplification and digitalization projects for the origination process. Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations. Supervise the correct execution of processes among involved areas and maintain ongoing communication with Risk, Operations, Legal, Appraisals, Technology, and Commercial areas.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Systems, Computer Science, Public Accounting, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Credit and/or Consumer Loans. Experience in Mortgage Credit, Commercial Banking, Commercial Planning, Project Management, Commercial Intelligence, Customer Experience, and KPI tracking.
