Act as a focal point for the leadership team, advising and supporting current and future business needs. Manage the performance and development of team leaders and their growth, guiding them on labor laws, policies, and processes. Ensure alignment and practices of People across all areas under your responsibility, including talent acquisition, engagement, communication, culture, and performance review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Experience as a People Business Partner. Experience in managing indicators, conducting analyses, and generating insights, as well as project and process management. Must be 100% on-site, working from 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM, and have a personal vehicle.
