Security Engineer (Early Career) (Ingeniero/a de Seguridad - Carrera Temprana) - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Secure the AI posture by reviewing how teams use LLMs and defining guardrails to protect data. Triage findings from AWS GuardDuty and GCP Security Command Center, and drive fixes with the owning teams. Review internal tools and scripts for security issues, and help push secure-by-default patterns into engineering practices.

1-2 years in security, IT, software engineering or a related technical role. Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, and comfort in the command line. Basic familiarity with a log query language and conceptual understanding of identity and authentication.

Exposure to the full security surface of a regulated fintech in your first year. Direct work on problems most security teams haven't solved yet, with a senior team that pairs with you on investigations. Budget and time for certifications and conferences.
