Stablecoin Operations Manager
BitsoCore Responsibilities
Ensure the successful execution of stablecoin operational initiatives, aligning with the broader Custody Division's strategic goals. Oversee daily operational activities of stablecoin minting and redemption processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage and configure Fireblocks for secure stablecoin operations, including governance rules. Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to optimize cross-functional processes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial operations, focusing on cryptocurrency or stablecoin operations. Expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions, specifically Fireblocks. Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
