Ensure compliance with service level agreements for processing and dispatching packages. Monitor and control operations executed by third-party logistics operators. Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and operational risks. Investigate root causes of productivity deviations and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in similar roles in transportation and logistics is desirable. Advanced Excel skills. Experience coordinating tasks/projects with multiple internal areas.
