This role is responsible for managing and developing the SOAT (mandatory insurance) category by maintaining contact with key intermediaries like insurance brokers and insurers, while also administering e-commerce accounts in the technology category. The manager will focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and correct handling of assigned accounts through commercial negotiation and operational execution.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, including prior experience in the insurance sector. Essential qualifications include a commercial profile with strong negotiation and investment management skills, analytical capacity, intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of SQL.
