Monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including employee satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Ensure timely billing and compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in training related to customs compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent education and/or experience. Proven experience of 2 years in Customs and at least 1 year in Special Operations. Knowledge of customs clearance functions and regulations.
