Core Responsibilities

The Virtual Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records for clients, manage accounts, and ensure all bookkeeping processes comply with U.S. accounting standards. Key duties include recording transactions, conducting monthly reconciliations, preparing reports, and supporting the month-end closing process.

Requirements

Candidates must possess full-cycle bookkeeping experience working with U.S.-based clients and have a strong understanding of GAAP principles and accrual-based bookkeeping. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Workspace, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is required.
