Core Responsibilities

Design learning experiences from scratch for Customer Care and other teams, including onboarding, reinforcement, and certification. Create practical learning content across different formats, such as LMS courses, trainer-led sessions, live workshops, microlearning, and on-the-job training. Build and maintain a clear, easy-to-use knowledge base and supporting learning documentation. Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn product and operational knowledge into structured, scalable learning materials and processes.

Requirements

3+ years hands-on experience in instructional design, learning design, or a similar role. Experience building training programs or learning content from scratch, ideally in corporate learning, operations, customer support, or a similar environment. Fluent English is mandatory.
