Core Responsibilities
Co-build and scale the accounting and financial reporting structure in a fast-growing fintech environment. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Collaborate with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Controllership roles within financial institutions or fintechs. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems or financial systems. CPA certification or equivalent accounting qualification is highly valued.
