Customer Service Agent - Domestic Transportation - Agente de Transportación Terrestre - Servicio al Cliente

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow and accurate data entry into operational systems. Track and trace TRANSCON files, ensuring timely clearance and delivery of freight. Interact with customers to arrange shipments and maintain compliance with regulations.

Min 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word. Fluent in English preferred.
