Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Customer Experience launch readiness for LatAm customer-impacting initiatives. Coordinate launch planning and readiness activities for promotions, product launches, content releases, and market expansions. Evaluate upcoming initiatives and determine potential impacts to Customer Experience operations, identifying customer support risks and operational dependencies.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Program Management, Operations, or related fields. Strong understanding of customer support operations and demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
