Analyze the evolution of key indicators for the prepaid business at departmental, municipal, and customer segment levels. Identify behavioral patterns associated with decreased top-ups, inactivity, and service abandonment. Build executive reports and visualizations for monitoring retention and recovery indicators.

Student in the final years of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logical functions, and database management). Basic knowledge of data analysis (trends, variations, averages, and indicators). Academic experience in data analysis projects.

Paid internship for a duration of 11 months. Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
