Core Responsibilities

Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives. Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs across the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation aligns with overall business goals and sales requirements.

Requirements

Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2B environments. Deep hands-on experience with RD Station is mandatory. Proven experience designing lifecycle programs and managing landing pages and email templates.
