Core Responsibilities

Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives. Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs across the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and lead nurturing strategies. Create high-performing CRM communications end-to-end, from messaging strategy and email copywriting to campaign setup and optimization.

Requirements

Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation within B2B environments. Deep hands-on experience with RD Station is mandatory. Proven experience designing lifecycle programs, including automation logic and lead scoring models.
