Support the maintenance team in corrective, inspection, and preventive activities. Ensure the execution of the preventive maintenance plan. Analyze and implement equipment failure corrections and seek continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Manage the execution team for maintenance activities and oversee resources and supplies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation. Experience in electrical maintenance and automation, with team leadership skills. Intermediate knowledge of Office suite and maintenance software like SAP PM. Availability to work in Betim MG from 6 PM to 6 AM on a Marshall schedule.
