Core Responsibilities

The Operations Leader will be responsible for designing, structuring, and optimizing the transversal operating model for Travel, R4B, and Loyalty, transforming manual processes into an efficient, controlled, and scalable system. Key duties include leading the operational team, structuring scalable processes, identifying automation opportunities, and ensuring financial control while preparing the operation for regional growth.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in operations within travel tech, OTA, e-commerce, or marketplace companies, along with proven team leadership capabilities. A strong orientation towards efficiency, continuous improvement, financial understanding, a builder mentality, and the ability to navigate dynamic regional environments are essential.
