Sr HR Business Partner, PXT

Provide full cycle Human Resources support to Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Execute people initiatives and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. Coach and mentor management level staff, and create effective development and employee relations programs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred. Experience as a human resource generalist with knowledge of local labor law. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
