Provide operational support and follow-up on activities related to mobile applications, user assistance, and technological services. Track requirements and activities with service providers, documenting progress and commitments. Assist in managing incidents in buildings and branches, updating status and escalation needs.

Technical degree or Engineering in Computing, Systems, Telecommunications, Information Technologies or related (graduate or intern). 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or information technologies. Knowledge in technical support, user assistance, mobile devices, iOS and Android systems, and basic project management.
