Encora Inc.Core Responsibilities
Analyze, estimate, plan, design, execute, and report tests. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Screenplay and Page Object Model (POM) patterns. Automate functional, non-functional, and End-to-End tests for Web, Mobile, Mainframe, APIs, and services. Manage the complete testing cycle in Jira and Xray, ensuring traceability of requirements, cases, executions, and defects.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as QA, including at least 2 years in test automation. Proficiency in Java and knowledge of Python. Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Rest Assured, and Jmeter. Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and intermediate SQL skills.
