Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Maintenance Project Coordinator to oversee property turnovers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance execution. This role combines project coordination, vendor management, and client communication, requiring strong judgment and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage property turnovers from initiation to completion. Source, onboard, and manage vendors for maintenance and renovation work. Review and validate vendor quotes to ensure fair and competitive pricing. Communicate with clients to obtain approvals and provide project updates. Track project timelines, budgets, and completion status. Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines. Support after-hours escalations on a rotational or as-needed basis. Use internal systems and AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation. Qualifications: 2–4+ years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or project coordination. Strong vendor management and coordination experience. Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level). Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing property turnovers or renovations. Familiarity with US property management processes. Exposure to budgeting or cost validation. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for documentation, communication, or workflow optimization. Experience working with US-based clients or teams.
