Chargeback Associate (Asociado de Contracargos) - Mexico City (Hybrid)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR and international chargebacks utilizing MasterCom and Mastercard Connect. Process and resolve ATM withdrawal clarifications and disputes initiated through internal ticket management systems. Maintain meticulous control, administration, and organization of all dispute records in the controversy database.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in an issuer-view chargeback resolution role. Deep understanding and previous practical application of local 'CID' regulations. Hands-on experience with industry tools such as SAC, SIA, VISAROL, and MasterCom / Mastercard Connect.
