Monitor the objectives of the annual plan and periodic projections of the cost structure, evaluating deviations, identifying causes, and proposing corrective measures. Provide support to countries and business units to facilitate a deep understanding of their cost and expense structure. Plan expense distributions at the country and business unit level for short, medium, and long-term processes. Maintain efficient and recurring communication channels with local finance teams and various areas of the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in Planning, Management Control, or Accounting. Advanced level of English is desirable. Advanced proficiency in office tools and data preparation, such as spreadsheets and data modeling tools.
