Perform AWS console administration and new deployment tasks for databases & RDS services. Conduct health checks and availability checks for AWS RDS DB using tools like CloudWatch. Perform database administration tasks including data restores, patch installations, and troubleshooting issues. Monitor server performance and identify operational issues, providing solutions with minimal downtime.
What We're Looking For
6 to 10 years of experience as a DBA managing multiple DB engines, with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. Hands-on experience with multiple versions of PostgreSQL is mandatory, along with knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Aurora, and MySQL. Proficiency in AWS Cloud and AWS RDS, as well as basic coding skills in PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.
