Coordinate a technical back office team for asset management in a mining operation. Lead the development of maintenance strategies using RCM, FMECA, and RBI methodologies. Analyze failure history, equipment criticality, and define tasks and resources for maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in reliability or maintenance strategies in mining. Proficiency in RCM, FMECA, RBI, and experience with JD Edwards or SAP PM.
What We Offer
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a 4x3 shift schedule, including the possibility of 7x7 or 8x6 shifts when required. The contract is project-based, and employment is subject to pre-employment medical exams and accreditation for mining operations.
