Ingeniero de Planificación de Mantenimiento – Work Management

Analyze and control maintenance planning and scheduling processes. Track work orders, manage backlog, ensure program compliance, identify deviations, and create indicators and dashboards in Power BI. Propose improvements to the work administration process.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in maintenance planning or scheduling in mining or process industry. Proficient in maintenance ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred, or SAP PM), Power BI, MS Project, and advanced Excel.

Hybrid work arrangement with a 4x3 shift, requiring availability for 7x7 or 8x6 shifts when necessary. Contract associated with a project, subject to pre-employment medical exams and accreditation for mining site.
