What You'll Do

Develop maintenance strategies using RCM and FMECA methodologies based on failure history, work orders, manuals, and operational conditions. Define tasks, frequencies, man-hours, and spare parts. Analyze criticality and safety stock, and support the implementation of plans in the maintenance ERP.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in reliability or maintenance engineering in mining or process industry. Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, criticality analysis, and ISO 14224. Proficient in JD Edwards or SAP PM, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

What We Offer

The position offers a 4x3 shift in a hybrid format (mining site/remote), with availability for 7x7 or 8x6 shifts when required. The contract is project-based, and entry is subject to pre-employment exams and accreditation for the mining site.
