Lead the Control Tower team, ensuring real-time visibility of the entire logistics operation. Monitor critical KPIs and activate contingency plans when indicators deviate from expected ranges. Develop analytical routines to identify bottlenecks, predict risks, and propose structural improvements in operations. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Proficiency in SQL or database query logic. Knowledge of agile methodologies or operations management (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA). Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos/SP.
