Core Responsibilities

Perform active and receptive telephone support, in-person assistance, and digital channel support for customers. Conduct internal and external activities according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and external duties. Open current accounts and activate customer benefits as needed. Manage daily electronic time registration according to established working hours.

Requirements

High school diploma required. Skills in public service and teamwork are essential. Experience with computers or a willingness to learn is necessary. Preferred qualifications include ongoing higher education and CPA10 certification. Experience in sales and client prospecting through digital and active sales is a plus.
